Personal data protection and transaction security ------------------------------------------------- Complete information about customer is preserved according to laws of Slovak Republic. Notape company ltd is registered administrator of personal data, all the information gained from customer is used for internal purposes and will not be granted to any other person. Exception from this are the external forwarders which are granted with this information in minimal extent, which is necessary for trouble free delivery. Without explicit agreement of customer will Notape s.r.o. company only use the data in extent allowed by the Act of personal data security. Personal information of customers are fully secured against any abuse. Data is kept on backup server, not shared with applications of third party. All payment transactions for goods purchased at the online-shop shall be made over the internet by encrypted data exchange (SSL). At the end of the online purchase procedure the Buyer receives an order acknowledgment via Email to the address recorded at the registration at the online shop. Seller advises the Buyer to store any such order acknowledgment safely and to print out a hard copy in addition. The Buyer’s Credit Card will be debited immediately. Returning goods, refunding and cancellations -------------------------------------------- Customer has right to cancel the contract within 7 days from purchasing the product. Customer looses this right in case he purchased audio or video media, or software, which has been unpacked already. Customer applies his right to cancel the contract in written form, or by e-mail on shop@notape.net In case he does so, he must return the product to Notape ltd personally, or by any other agreed mean of transport within 7 days from applying this right. Goods cannot show any marks of use, cannot be mechanically, neither else damaged and must be in original, undamaged cover with supplied accessories. Notape company is obliged to refund the payment to customer within 15 days from canceling the contract. All costs connected with transfer the product back to notape will be paid by customer. Order can only be canceled by sending an e-mail to shop@notape.net with the order number and item you want to cancel. In case it's order with advance payment and the delivery conditions were not accomplished, order can be cancel by both-sided agreement Issuing of invoices, time of fulfillment and dispatch policy ------------------------------------------------------------ In the event that all order items are on stock, they will be invoiced and delivered by UPS within 24, or 48 hours to your address if you are from Slovakia, Czech Republic or Hungary, in EU countries it's 5 to 7 days. If there's anything not on stock, estimated delivery time after confirming order is listed next to “expedícia do” button, which displays number of days we need to get the product to the warehouse and to prepare it for expedition, so if there's “expedition 10 days” displayed, it takes 10 days to get it here and prepare for sending. Delivery prices are varying and depend on the weight of delivery and country it will be sent to. The actual price into particular country is easy to find out, if you put the items into shopping cart and choose destination country, the price will be recalculated to match the shipping costs.
