Is there any warranty on my product ?

 All  products sold  by Notape are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase,  unless specified otherwise. Some producers offer even more, Stanton for instance, offers 36 months manufacturers warranty. Warranty is listed on dispatch and warranty note you will recieve when purchasing the product. During this period is Notape obliged to process every warranty case through own repair service, or through brand network.

What to do in warranty case ?
1. You need to apply without any delay, at lates 10 days from delivering the shipment to the recipient, or retirning the delivery to customer
2. Reclamation must be written, must include exact definition of malfunction and must be delivered in given time. Incorrectly defined malfunction can cause longer repair time
3. Reclamation is only covering the equipment, does not include missing gains, delivery costs from customer and back and so on
4. Unrepaired warranty case (error free product sent as warranty case) will be charged 300 Sk for checking the real product status
5. We recommend, that the owner of the product safely saves avery document he receives from Notape. It is also important to keep the original packaging during warranty period for potential safe transport from you to us and back. Warranty does not cover damage caused by unsafely packed package and we will charge you small packing tariff in that case
6. Reclaimed product must include form with malfunction description, proof of purchase and delivery/warranty note with the product's serial number
7. After receiving the product will the customer receive accepting confirmation with malfunction description, in case it's product purchased on www.notape.net, you will see your repair status in “reclaims” after logging in. After it's repaired, you will receive a message on your e-mail.
8. We try to process the reclaims as soon as possible, but at latest till 30 days after receiving the reclaimed product. If it's more difficult repair, or the parts are unavailable, we will inform you promptly.

Which cases are not covered by warranty ?
1. Warranty is not covering consumables - mechanically wearable parts - connectors, buttons, switches, controllers, faders, crossfaders, lamps, sockets, broken phones hinges, lamp sockets, broken drivers and so on
2. Your warranty is invalid in case the product was installed or serviced incorrectly, or there are any changes on the product performed by customer or other person. Warranty right does not cover any defects caused by customer by raw transport or storage in wet, or chemically dangerous environment, physical damage such as fallen, or overused equipment, unavoidable occasions (natural catastrophes, poured liquids..) or incorrect powering (switching to 20V in 230V network)
3. Warranty does not cover audio media (vinyls, CDs), their content and covers
 

What  if my new product doesn't work or is damaged ?
1. If you have received an  item and it fails to operate, or is clearly damaged, you should contact Notape as soon as possible, by e-mail on shop@notape.net, where we will instruct you further, how to make it work, in case it's just wrong setting or programming error.

2. If there is anything like delivery loss or damage during the transport by delivery service, it's necessary to reclaim / sign the damage confirmation from the deliverer. We recommend to take pictures of damaged equipment as evidence.
