Personal data protection
Complete information about customer is preserved according to laws of Slovak Republic. Notape company ltd is registered administrator of personal data, all the information gained from customer is used for internal purposes and will not be granted to any other person. Exception from this are the external forwarders which are granted with this information in minimal extent, which is necessary for trouble free delivery. Without explicit agreement of customer will Notape  s.r.o. company only use the data in extent allowed by the Act of personal data security. Personal information  of customers are fully secured against any abuse. Data is kept on backup server, not shared with applications of third party.

Copyright
Every material published on web pages of Notape company is protected by copyright. Products and services listed on web pages, information on them  and their images can be protected by other rights of interested persons. Names and brands of products, services and companies can be protected by registered trademarks of appropriate owner.

Any part of web pages of the company  (especially descriptions and images of products being sold, shopping description, categories and parameters allocation) cannot be copied by electronic or mechanic way and cannot be accessed to public without previous written allowance of copyright holder.

Liability
Notape ltd company advertises, that information on web pages is partly taken from third parties, can contain objective and technical inaccuracies, or typo errors and can be actualized without previous warning. Notape ltd company can change the products and services advertised on its web pages and does not grant objective accuracy of their content.
