Can I return a product ?
Customer has right to cancel the contract within 7 days from purchasing the product. Customer looses this right in case he purchased audio or video media, or software, which has been unpacked already.
Customer applies his right to cancel the contract in written form, or by e-mail on shop@notape.net In case he does so, he must return the product to Notape ltd personally, or by any other agreed mean of transport within 7 days from apllying this right.
Ware cannot show any marks of use, cannot be mechanically, neither else damaged and must be in original, undamaged cover with supplied accessories.
Notape company is obliged to return the payment to customer within 15 days from cancelling the contract. All costs connected with transfer the product back to notape will be paid by customer
Under which circumstances will the return not be accepted ?
1. Returning the wares will not be accpeted in case of damage of product (mechanical, aesthetical, visible), damage of packages and other supplied parts
2. The product return will not be accepted if the customer has had the possibility to try the product with the technical guidance in the shop
3. In case of controversial reclaim or return has Notape right to check the issue in repair center and the customer will be informed about status then
4. Product will be refused if it's sent back to Notape by cash on delivery and will be sent back to customer
Where can I send it to?
After both-sided agreement on returning the product it's necessary to send it to address of Notape, unless instructed otherwise.

How do I get my money back ?
The payment will be returned on customer's account at latest within 14 days since delivering the unwanted product to Notape
