Creating an account

How do I create an user account ?
For full utilization of webshop connected services you need to be registerd  to have an user account. After creating an account and logging in you will be able to use further functions, like list of your orders with their current status, invoice list, RMA and delivery status and so on..
Creating an account is simple as following.
1. klick on “Register” in upper part of the screen
2. enter your e-mail address (it will be your login) and password (it's your account password) and enter password once again for verification
3. for securing the process of account creation there is safety check - randomly generated letters which you have to enter into the box above the letters
4. for the final confirmation we need your agreement with our general tems and conditions
5. klick on “register” button

New account confirmation will be delivered to your e-mail address and after clicking on activation link in the e-mail you can log in and fully use the services offered by www.notape.net

Is my personal data safe?
Yes, your personal information is secure and unable to be abused in any way. Entering the information and communication itself employs technology called SSL  (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest level of security for  your online transactions. Your personal data is checked only in case of communication between Notape and you - our customer

Which functions are available after logging in?
Important information is status of your orders where you exactly see how many items from your order are ready for delivery, or to be taken. There is also clickable complete overview of your orders available

Your menu consists of following functions
Dashboard: introduction where you can find information about orders, searched products, creating your own DJ profile with charts and so on
Orders: you will find the list of all your orders and the current status of every one of them here
Favourite: list of your favourite items, producers, labels and product brands of items you want to keep an eye on, in case of  any news updates will the product be displayed
Account: here you can change your personal data
Reclaim: list of reclaimed products with their current status
Downloads: list of MP3s to download (after purchasing) and list of every MP3 you have already downloaded
Options: you can set the way of displaying the items in webshop
Wishlist: list of the favourite items you have added to “wishlist” next to the product, this way you can create your pre-orders
