How do I know if an item is on stock?
The product's availability is easy to find out, there is the info button next to every product in Notape webshop. There is also delivery time, marked "expedícia".
Product's status can be following:
on stock: product is on stock and will be delivered within 48h since delivery confirmation
out of stock: product is not on stock ( in this case is the availability time displayed as "expedícia" )
expedition to: time in which will the product be delivered ( in case it's on stock, it's usually 48 hours )
deleted: these items are unable to be ordered any more
How do I create an order ?
Webshop order from www.notape.net can be created anytime after user registration. Orders are handled every workday between 12:00 - 19:00 Orders received out of business hours will be handled on next workday. Orders per phone are of course accepted as well, during workdays between 12:00-17:00 on phone number +421 2 20850450 , only on www.notape.net On stock product orders received on working day till 15:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 15:00 are dispatched on the next workdayday
Creating an order is very easy:
1. Selected items can be put into the shopping cart by clicking “buy“ button located in every product's details
2. All bought products are stored in shopping cart located in right upper corner of webpage. Here you can view all stored items, in case you want to remove any of them, check it and choose “delete” and the product will be removed
3. Choose the way of delivering the products ( the shipping price is automatically matched and added to the price of product)
4. In case you are a new customer you need to register yourself, if you already are regitered, it's enough to log in
5. Next there is order summary and finally, sending the order itelf (ordered items, delivery information and payment option..) which will after sending be delivered to your e-mail.
6. In case of payment by credit card or internet banking you will be redirected to ancrypted safety pages, where the payment itself will be proceeded.
Please be aware, that Notape ltd does not come to touch with any data from your credit card, nor with other information connected with the payment process, every payment operation is executed on safely encrypted pages of banking institutions.
Please be informed, that every order over 1000 EUR must be partially ( max. 50% of the price of the product or service ) paid in advance. In that case you will be contacted by e-mail for further information.
How do I cancel the order?
Order can only be cancelled by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and item you want to cancel. In case it's order with advance payment and the delivery conditions were not acomplished, order can be cancel by both-sided agreement
When the order cannot be cancelled?
Order of digital audio MP3 cannot be cancelled after the payment for the service has been done.
How not to get lost in the shop
Online shop was from the beginning designed for intuitive navagation on it's pages. The whole concept is defined by combination of products and prices in tree structure. The wb itself offer wide variety of user settings, different options of displaying the products, bookmarks, filters and so on.

How to find what you're looking for ?
If you search for product and you cannot find it, try to use the browser from the upper part of the pages. You need to choose the section you want to search, otherwise the search can fail. For example vinyls and CDs cannot be found in DJ Equipment and so on. If you did not find the product anyway, contact us per e-mail: shop@notape.
