How do I pay for the product?
There are more payment options in our webshop
1. payment by credit card EuroCard, Amex, or MasterCard
2. by internet banking, if you are TatraBanka or VUB customer (wire transfer from your account to Notape account), where ”TatraPay” or “VUB eplatby” services will be used
3. via bank transfer, or sending the payment on our account in Tatra Banka or VUB Banka, or if you wish to pick your wares personally, you can pay by cash, or any common credit or debet card 

What type of cards do you accept ?
For online payments EuroCard ,  MasterCard or AMEX, which are protected by special CVC code. It's mainly an embossed pay card or chip card with special 3-digit security-code on its back

How can I pay by EuroCard , MasterCard or Amex  ?
These payments can be proceeded after entering type of payment by marking “credit card payment - Visa,  Mastercard, Amex ”. After sending the order yo will be redirected to a secured pages of bank, where the transfer will be performed

What is the minimum amount of money I can pay by credit card ?
Payment must be over 50,- Sk ( 2 EUR )

What maximum amount can be paid via credit card ?
The amount of such payment is only restricted by safety limit of your bank card, which is set individually, for this information you need to contact your bank ofice

When are the payments from my account carried out ?
In case of credit card payment it's performed instantly

Is my personal information from credit card protected ?
Yes, data are safely protected by secured pages of bank, where the payment is realized.
Please be aware, that Notape ltd has absolutely no possibility to access the precious data from credit cards, nor the data required for payment via internet banking. Every payment and financial operation from are redirected from our shop to secured bank pages, where the payment itself is being realized.

How do I pay by internet banking ?
This service is accessible only for customers with account in Tatra Banka or VUB Banka who have the option to use electronic banking (wire transfer). These banks are offering following services:  Internet  Banking - TatraPay or Internet Banking - VUB  eplatby.
In case you wish to perform the payment via Internet Banking, you need to choose the corresponding bank/service when creating an order: Internet  Banking - TatraPay or Internet Banking - VUB  eplatby. After sending the order you are automatically rerouted to involved bank's pages, where the transfer will be proceeded.
In case you are buying digital audio MP3, it is not possible to pay via intenet banking, only by credit cards EuroCard or MasterCard

How do I pay by bank transfer?
You need to choose and mark this option when creating order, after confirming the order you will receive further information how to perform the transfer and 'variable symbol' code necessary for the payment, plus copy of an pro-forma invoice.
This way of payment is suitable for larger amounts of money, advance payments, finance service or if you do not want to pay by credit card. Payments for MP3s cannot be performed via bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay by Cash on delivery ?
Yes, it is possible to pay directly to the delivery service, which will transfer the delivery to address from order. If you wish to pay this way, you need to check this option when creating the order. Be aware, that this option is only available through UPS delivery service for customers in Slovak Republic, Czech Republic and Hungary.

How do I get my money back ?
If anything happens and we have to return you the money, or the payment (after returning the wares,  incorrect wire transfer, or cancelling the order), Notape is obliged to send the amount to your account within 14 days.

In which currency are the papers issued ?
Documents will be issued in currency in which the order was done -  Slovak Crowns, or Euros

Can I have the invoice without listed VAT ?
Yes, it's possible in case your company has the tax identification number in country, where your company is registered, invoice will be issued without VAT. For issuing this kind invoice you need to send us information about your company and your VAT number. For companies registered in Slovak Republic with DIC (VAT) it is not possible to have invoice without listed VAT
